Mission, Vision & Goal
To make psychological well-being an integral part of everyday life. We envision a world where taking care of one's mental health is considered as natural and important as taking care of one's physical health.
Ashwas Mental Health is a one stop solution catering to all Mental Health needs with integrative and holistic services under the same roof. Our qualified team of Mental Health Professionals make quality mental health care accessible, inclusive and meaningful for individuals and communities. We aim to educate people about psychology and mental health, challenge the stigma surrounding mental health concerns and create spaces where people feel safe to acknowledge vulnerability and seek professional support. We believe that asking for help is not a sign of weakness. It is often the first step towards understanding ourselves better and creating meaningful change.
To create a psychologically aware, compassionate and mentally healthier society. Our goal extends beyond providing Mental Health treatment. We strive to contribute to mental health through clinical services, psychological assessments, education, training, research, community initiatives and awareness programmes.
From the Founder
"People deserve to be met where they are, understood for who they are and supported in becoming who they wish to be."
I have always believed that mental health is not simply about treating what is wrong with us; it is about understanding the human being behind the struggle. Every person who walks through our doors carries a story, a history, relationships, hopes, fears, and experiences that deserve to be understood with compassion and without judgement.
My journey in the field of mental health has continually reminded me that healing is rarely linear, and that there is no single way of being well. Sometimes, what a person needs is professional help. Sometimes, it is a safe space to be heard. Sometimes, it is the courage to understand oneself a little better. And sometimes, it is simply someone who can sit with them through a difficult moment.
This understanding is at the heart of Ashwas Mental Health. I envisioned Ashwas as a space where mental healthcare could be accessible, ethical, evidence-informed, and deeply human. A space where seeking help is not seen as a sign of weakness, but as an act of self-awareness and courage.
At Ashwas Mental Health, we strive to look beyond symptoms and diagnoses and see the whole person. Our approach brings together clinical expertise, empathy, psychological understanding, and respect for each individual's pace and lived experience. Alongside individual care, we believe in creating awareness, building capacity, and making conversations around mental health more open and less stigmatized.
For me, mental health care ultimately comes down to one simple belief: people deserve to be met where they are, understood for who they are and supported in becoming who they wish to be. That belief continues to guide my work, and it remains at the heart of everything we hope Ashwas stands for.
